Missouri offers free help to those who want to quit using tobacco. The Missouri Tobacco Quitline provides counseling, information, and referrals by phone or the web. Both the toll-free number and the web enroll will register the participant to talk to a trained quit coach. The quit coach will help the participant plan their quit and can suggest other resources to assist, like nicotine replacement therapy.
